BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY SERRE ALTE LANDSCAPE LUXURY ROOMS
Please read carefully the booking rules below. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for whom made the reservation
It is possible to send an availability request from our website or via email and wait for our reply. Following the request, an offer (non-binding) will be sent to you.
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 7 days of our confirmation for stays with check-in starting from 30 days from the date of booking and before 24 hours for stays with check-in starting from the second day after booking.
For stays with check-in within 24 hours of the booking date, the full amount of the stay is due. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as void.
The reservation becomes binding for SERRE ALTE LANDSCAPE LUXURY ROOMS only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the confirmation deposit or of the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal.
Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.
To make any changes to your reservation you must contact the property, who will do everything possible to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request.
If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.
The payment of a deposit is required and it has to be made within 7 days of our confirmation for stays with check-in starting from 30 days from the date of booking and within 24 hours for stays with check-in starting from the second day after reservation. For stays with check-in within 24 hours, the full amount of the stay is due. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void.
In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be canceled.
The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or no presentation.
Balance of stay at check-out.
Payment accepted: credit card as guarantee (required to confirm the reservation), bank transfer.
To confirm the reservation, a credit card is required as guarantee for which the following must be communicated: issuing company (Visa, Mastercard etc), name and surname of the holder, number and expiry date of the card, CVV – 3-digit code printed on the back of the card.

Cancellation Policy (individual bookings and family groups)
Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing.
In case of a possible cancellation, the deposit paid will be returned in the following ways
cancellation ffor cancellations between 15 and 1 day, the total amount of the deposit will be retained.
- cancellation within 30 days before arrival: 100%
- cancellation rom 29 days up to 16 days before arrival: 50%
cancellations between 15 and 1 day, the total amount of the deposit will be retained.
Interruption of the stay: No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
NoShow: In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be withheld.
